_{This will be my tutorial in coloring using mouse and Photoshop

I made this because I noticed most of the tutorials I see here requires a tablet and cannot be done with a mouse, and this is for those people who can't afford to buy a tablet (_{_{liek me}}) although this tutorial can also be applied when using a tablet... I think.

I hope this tutorial will help every mouse users out there
I made it as easy as possible for everyone to follow.
