I think the page itself is rather wide. A lot of white space, basically.
The other thing is that i think her upper torso is kinda long, but that might be due to the cut of her uniform. If you DO modify the torso, it'll emphasize her hips a lot more.
Just suggestions, but the piece is great as is anyway.
